Our Mission

Our mission is to enhance the mental health and emotional well-being of children and young people through Trauma informed support and engaging outdoor experiences. We believe in the power of nature to support well being and inspire.

Core Values

We uphold values such as empathy, connection with nature, and a child-centred approach. These principles shape our programs and foster a supportive community for children and young people

Power of Nature

Studies have shown that exposure to nature can help children and young people develop a sense of connection and empathy for other forms of life, promoting a sense of purpose and belonging in the world. Outdoor experiences can also have physical benefits, such as reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. Being in nature provides the opportunity to allow children and young people to build confidence, take risks and make mistakes in a safe environment. It also helps develop independence and provide children and young people with a sense of freedom, absorption and fascination. .
